Today I have prepared a very unique and special Recipe for navratri festival ....A very unique method to prepare Rabdi from aloo.
It's very simple and easy to prepare recipe .you can try out this recipe at home in Navratri.
potato is no less than a superfood as it is loaded with fiber, Vitamin A and Vitamin C and minerals like magnesium and calcium. The milk in the recipe gives it a protein touch and saffron is a natural food colorant which is loaded with umpteen benefits.
INGREDIENTS:
GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER)- 1 tsp
BOILED & MASHED POTATOES - 2 (large)
SAUTE WELL FOR 5 - 6MINS
MILK - 2 cups
SUGAR - 3 tbsp
CARDAMON - 4-5 pieces
CASHEW NUTS - 1 tsp
ALMONDS - 1 tsp
RAISIN -1 tsp
VRAT VALI RABDI IS READY
GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS
ADD PISTACHIOS ON TOP
