I like when hot toys adds guns to their figures for accessories. They always have really grand detail and the mag always seems to drop out. Mind blown on the pair of handcuffs now I'll just call them cuffs should be good anuff and you know what you're talking about. The flash light is so detailed it has a freaking bulb lol. Love hot toys but they cost sooo much. Wow that head sculpt you get what you pay for really. I would just leave the helmet off and have it in his hands.magnet alert! I've said it thousand s of times but magnets are what I wish everyone would use on their figures to hold objects together. Well after seeing the helmet on him it looks nice on him. I would be so indecisive with the helmet. Like the stands but finger prints drive me nuts I leave a cloth next to my displays just in case. Always cool to see the RoboCop type leg holster built in his leg. Really sweet sniper rifle also. Really like when they add the movement in the fingers you have so many options how to pose with just a pair of hands.... Or just hands ;). I always get chills when I see how much detail hot toys puts in the product they release. Just like my favorite hot toy the jack Sparrow one with the huge base. Have a great weekend spot thanks as always for the professional reviews you pump out like a factory hard at work really appreciate it stay safe.
_I would be so indecisive with the helmet._ I might be able to chime in and potentially help with that decision: Displaying him *WITH the helmet on* is a categorical no brainer to me. Sculpted hair, even when done exceptionally well, can never ever looks right. It's *the one thing* that *guarantees* to break the immersion in an otherwise flawless figure that, say, if photographed properly, could pass for a still from the film (or original promo photo of the actor). So yeah... you can have the most show-accurate, extreme-likeness figure in the world and the solid plastic hair will invariably stain the perfection. Short hair is one of those things that I wish the industry would address and figure out. (Painted-on eye detail being another one).
Both, Robocop and Alex Murphy are nicely sculpted, painted and detailed. The head sculpt for actor Peter Weller in particular is very impressive with a realistic skin texture and skin tone as well as some imperfections. The eyes have a nice sheen to them. I love the battle damaged effect that was utilized for Robocop. Even the accessories for as small as they are nicely sculpted, painted and detailed as well. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!
Hey Itay, that's great, have you picked up any Sixth Scale figures yet? btw wanted to ask you are you seeing all the new videos in your subscription feed ok?
I'm really glad Hot toys ended up releasing an Alex Murphy outside of the just the 3 Robocops we already had gotten, thanks for coming by and checking out the video!
I want the battle damage one so much. I have the regular one with the chair. I would swap the heads and have unmasked Robocop on the chair and fully battle damaged Robocop on a stand. I repainted my Robocop to be more blue so it now look like he is supposed to. I couldn't stand the silver paint.
Yes i would do the same! I would use the damaged helmet that comes with the chair (the one where you can see his eye)on the full Battle damage robocop,i’m not a fan of him without the helmet
This figure two pack from Hot Toys It's one of the best that they've ever done. I am so mad at myself for missing out on this. The helmet reminds me of the t1000 from Terminator 2. The way it's assembled on the head sculpt. Great review as always Mr Spot 💯💯💯💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🎯🎯
The white on the Robocop stand with the Murphy figure the white is a little brighter Plus on the side of the head you can see a robot jaw bone so it would probably be a robotic skull under the face it could look like the robot heavy head so search that up on google I guess
Don't forget that this is 2 figures. When they are discontinued and rare and popular they raise in value. The DX Heath Ledger Joker is worth that much on his own... for a used one.
Love your videos but I’d rather hear the term snapped other than the term sculpt when absolutely nothing is sculpted. It’s a 3D scan they make a Mold and produce them. Decades ago maybe not anymore. It just to me takes away from an artists well earned term that actually sculpts something. Especially when reviews cover soft goods and the say sculpted on cloth. Lol it’s annoying

Man, I don’t collect figures in this scale but....
These would be exceptions if they were more affordable and I had the room. These are incredible.

If hot toys released Lewis with a Detroit police car it would complete the robocop series

I’d buy that for a dollar
Poor
ThatOneGamingChannel05 You’re obviously not a Robocop fan.
Thanks for this review! I have these and the Robocop with the mechanical chair on my top shelf in all their glory!
I have the Hot Toys Robocop with Chair.....but I looooove this! Thanks for another amazing review!
I had a Sig P226 9mm traded for a P228 9mm, sold it upgraded to Sig P229 40mm S&W. Sig makes great firearms.
Holy s**t this is amazing, just started to look into 1/6 figures and I wish that they would re-release this and T2 :)

I wish but I live in Europe and prices here are just ridiculous for Hot toys figures.
Canada its bad too, we pay pretty much a third the price on top of the US dollar asking price, what's it like there for exchange?
One of the best and most violent action movies from the 80s and some hella good looking figures
I want emil dipped in acid figure.
мечта детства... 🥲 спасибо за видео

These Action Figure's Are High Quality. 😃👍.
I'm really glad Hot toys ended up releasing an Alex Murphy outside of the just the 3 Robocops we already had gotten, thanks for coming by and checking out the video!

I'd be too tempted to have Robo dual weilding the Auto9's! That might look pretty cool.

When are we getting battle damaged Alex Murphey?
Cool~ This figure is meant to be excellent.
If you use alil bit of Micro Sol then they will stick better
The white on the Robocop stand with the Murphy figure the white is a little brighter

One of the best dual pack produced by hot toys. The quality of the sculpt of faces is amazing.
Get a case of the new birds of prey mystery minis they would be great!
Can we get murphy shot to bits figure next.
Cool figure

Nice
Stay out of trouble
“Nice shooting there what’s your name son?”
Cops dont like me.so I don't like cops.
How much is this figure 300$?

People that buy these high priced figures regularly end up broke. Just ask Sean Long.
