One of the most insanely wholesome stories I’ve ever heard, amazing
Not casting shade on Travis or his family here because we're all human and everyone makes mistakes, but when you're talking about minors having children out of wedlock and giving them up for adoption. 'insanely wholesome' isn't the first description that springs to my mind.
As you can see my name is also Travis, I was adopted when I was 6 days old. My wife is the same way as yours the only difference is I've never let her do my birth family history. After listening to your story I'm starting to think it may be a good idea. From one Travis to another, than you sir.

Probably the best story I’ve heard on this platform. Been watching since the early days and this one gave me chills
No chills but this was definitely up there at the top. To many of the stories are focused on how the storyteller perceives himself a hero. Which is fine, I guess. Travis is a not a self-grandizer. I'll take Mr. Bell for the Quality Award.
IDK about "best", but I would call it the most wholesome story I have heard on this channel.
I've watched at least 80% of your videos, this is the best I've watched so far. Awesome story, great details and even made me feel emotionally connected to his story while almost getting teary. Bravo Travis, I'll buy you a beer if you're in New England at some point.

I think this is one of the most heart-warming stories I've heard on this channel. Not only did Travis find his biological side of his family, but it also goes to show how the car community can bring people together.

When you hear things like this story it always reminds you just how small the world is, even though it seems big. For me it also reminds me to just be good to people, you never know when you'll meet someone who is very connected to you.

As a fellow adopted kid, I know I am extremely lucky to have had an open adoption. I've known and had a relationship with my biological family ever since I was born and I couldn't imagine a world where they weren't in my life. I'm so happy Travis got to find out all this information. Makes me smile

I love stories like this! That fact that being a car guy came full circle is amazing as well. Knowing that being a car guy wasn't because of how you were raised, but it was literally in your DNA, as your brother was a car guy too.
