Ah, that's right, this is the first time Fischl is involved in anything after Unreconciled Stars, which, despite having story importance, was a limited-time event. It was also the first meeting with Mona and Scaramouche for many (Fischl was mentioned, but not shown, in the same story where Bennett and Razor adventured together). For anyone who joined after that event, this will be their first meeting with Fischl. Hopefully the Genshin team will have written the scenario to be able to account for both. Probably by now, more people haven't played in version 1.1 than people who played since launch. I've been playing since launch, but my account was from Zhongli's first banner. It used to be worthwhile to reroll accounts to try to get better starting 5 stars, but it stopped being the case after 1.0.
@@BNuts It's a miracle that Fischl is coming back since she was my first 4-star character to come out of the Standard banner, though its still kinda sad that she's only gonna be back until 2.8 ends and It makes sense since this is returning to the Temporary Islands in this event. Also it saddened me even more when they mentioned Fischl in 2.3 but she was never added into the story *Emotional Damage*. I've never experienced the "falling stars event" since I only joined around 1.2 around the Albedo event and because I was new to the game I've never experienced that Event as well. They could've made her a Hangout story and honestly I was hoping they would've during this event but they didn't. My only speculation is that maybe it's not the "perfect timing" for her hangout event to be out just yet until the Windblume Festival returns (which is weird why she wasn't featured back then). If I were to guess when the event will return along with Fischl's hangout event (if they decided to add one) will probably be until 3.1 since back in 2.1 was half the content for Inazuma and Liyue which featured the new event for Moonchase Festival.
