To each their own, but at 63, I am to big a chicken to have a face lift and or fillers etc, but I am going to be getting Blephroplasty done as my Optometrist told me my lids( right is really getting bad) but still need to wait so that Insurance will pay for it to be done. I wake up and my Rt lid is resting on my eye causing vision problems. But it does lessen after washing my face and massaging the area. It really weird. Great video Sarah. Thank you bunches.

These don’t interest me. The only thing I am considering is upper blepheroplasty on my droopy eyelids. I would only do it if I could afford to go to someone with an excellent track record..

I was doing some research on blepheroplasty this week. Looking at before and afters- some were really amazing! There was a couple I looked at that (in my opinion) ended up aging them a bit but far and large it seems like it works great for a lot of people.

I went to my Optometrist and she told me I needed to wait and see if it gets any worse, as if so, insurance will pay for it. She told me it’s bad, but not quite yet bad enough. But when it effects your vision, I thinks it’s bad enough. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ike always has to be the star of the show! At home he always lays in the one spot where all four rooms in the house connect... Which means he's pretty much always in the way of everyone. 😂

I think that the problem with fillers is that people dont always think about how it affects other parts of the face. Other than the ones mentioned, I wouldn't get the facial with the plasma. The idea freaks me out. And which is the one that leads to fat loss? Ultherapy?
At the moment, I would only get lasers, microneedling, botox and peels.

Very good point about the fillers, does seem like a lot of people like them but I've also heard so many horror stories about things going wrong so it makes me nervous.

Enjoyed your video, Sarah. For me, I would never have Botox or fillers.

I wouldn't do any of that, including botox or micro needling. I'm not willing to risk my health for vanity. I'd consider some types of reconstructive plastic surgery for functionality, but not because my boobs are small or I have wrinkles. The sheer cost is another negative.

Very good points you made. And if you are diligent about using sunscreen that will help more than any procedures you can find.

So far I’ve done microneddling (several times) CO2 laser (twice) and subincisions. They were done to treat my acne scarring but definitely they’ve impacted in my well aging journey. If I can, I’ll be doing microneddling for the rest of my life (2 or 3 sessions per year). I would like to repeat the resurfacing laser in a few years and I’m currently considering Sculptra, but it’s also to treat my acne scarring. Not sure about that one but allegedly is a “fertilizer” to make your own fibroblasts produce more collagen.

I’ve done threads… without numbing cream. It’s a waste of money!! The doctor who did it is great but the results are quite meaningless. I prefer facial exercises!

Your teeth look different from earlier videos. Have you had veneers? If so, would love for you to do a video on the process and if you would recommend it.

Oh thank you so much!! My poor mouth has been through so much in the past few years. My dentist did put veneers on my top and bottom teeth. I'll definitely do a video on it. It was quite a process, took about six months total but I'm very happy with them. I love how my dentist did it so they look more natural as opposed to a lot of celebrities that end up looking like they have chiklets for teeth.

Thanks for sharing. Your smile looks great! I look forward to a video about veneers as I’ve heard it can be quite a process.
I always appreciate your honest reviews and opinions combined with a dose of humour!

Antitranspirants with high amounts of aluminium work wonders for me.

I had botox of the sweat glands and I really liked it. Stopped doing it because it is very expensive. Aluminium antitransparants are good enough for me now. Find a strong one that you like and apply it at night before sleep, it will go a long way!
