Carl is a User Experience Designer with a background in computer science and a passion for continuous user-centered product discovery. He has a variety of experience in e-commerce, healthcare, B2B, and automotive.
Shannon Lewandowski
Shannon facilitates the creation of smarter customer experiences for digital leaders. She combines 10 years of IT software development consulting and leadership with 10 years of global digital agency experience owning digital products. Shannon leads the Design Practice Area at Ingage Partners and is a life-long learner that seeks new approaches, embraces challenges, and brings empathy to inspire teams.
Scott Lindsten
Scott Lindsten has been an art geek, designer, and UX contractor (not necessarily in that order) for over 20 years. He loves tackling problems within diverse teams of like-minded nerds, picking apart complex usability problems, and getting to the "why" at the heart of things...even knowing those answers will change over time.
David McCoy
David McCoy is a User Experience Designer with expertise including interaction design, user interface design, usability testing, user research and research analysis. He has practiced UX Design and UX Research in Finance, Healthcare, Human Resources, Education, Aviation and other industries.
Ryan Payne
Ryan is an experienced digital product designer that clarifies complex ideas by being curious, asking the right questions, and sweating the right details. I've done work for a beer startup, grocery software, fleet management, health care staffing, and a mega church.
