I used the 2x speed, and that's fine! I like the ending.... although it was expected. But the whole story remains somber, pessimistic and without a solution.
No one dared challenge the undefeated champion? So like, she beat the last guy and everyone was like, woh, we all quit now? This title is almost as flawed as this story.
Sorry for being very vitriolic. My comments are based in having been a college sciences textbook / lab manual writer who has published on scholarly journals. Thirty plux years ago, I published fiction that was posted in ACTION PURSIIT GAMES ( Paintball ). Do not be too offended; but, this post is really pretty bad. You need a partner / proof-reader who can help you Forge stories of Substance. Keep trying. Re-read the Masters [ Asimov, Heinlein, Saberhagen, etc. ] then Meditate on what they crafted. Print big images of their visages, to post at the top of your writing desk. Then become a Phononic Phoenix .
Let me guess only woman are true warriors maybe out there but not on earth

Not too long, rather just poorly written.
