Oh he Definitely got what he deserved here, here's a few of his many crimes: Murder, attempted murder, attempted mass murder via dog pack, attempted mass murder via another giant group of cats, child murder, discrimination against 'half clan' cats, murder and attempted murder of those same cats, and potentially rape. Tigerstar is the original big bad of the first series of the book collection Warriors (Or Warrior cats as its' better known as) if you wanna know more
