    Thank you so much for your videos. I am a visual learner and find it hard to read patterns and understand what to do. Your videos have helped me tremendously! I have been able to improve my crochet skills thanks to your videos. I used your mermaid tail tutorial to crochet my 4 year old daughter a mermaid tail blanket. She absolutely loves it! Thank you Again! ❤❤❤

    Myself and my adult and teen daughters LOVE funky, fun socks! They're constantly asking me to make them crochet socks for Christmas, but I've never made socks! THESE are perfect in the fun, colorful and cozy sock category! I think they'd be perfect for my first ever attempt to crochet socks!! They'd be so awesome worn with an above-the-knee length nightgown in the winter!!! You are so creative, and tend to crochet my fave style (boho or shabby-chic) of apparel and accessories!! the feminine touch of lace at the top is perfect! I love your channel!! I love your style! Thank You!!!

    In the most difficult part, the heel part, it's so confusing. U could put more focus at that part and explain slowly.
    But u give more time to easier part like in the first

    Your voice is so lulling and soothing. It made me feel so calm, as I made these. I'm usually more of a written pattern kind of girl but this video was all I could find for these awesome socks. But I'm so very glad, because I would've followed the pattern and missed this lovely video. Thank you.

    I clicked on this video because I have been playing with different sock patterns, and when I saw this stocking with the 4th doctors colours I was beyond excited! Thank you for this tutorial, I can’t wait to try it! I’m really happy that you mentioned you were using sock yarn. Most of the videos I have been watching so far have been for slipper socks, and I’m going out to buy yarn in the next few days so i am really happy I didn’t buy regular yarn already!

    I love this! I noticed that when you join the rounds you make sure your second fpdc is above the first, but when you're increasing throughout the round you went under the first stitch. Does it make a difference in the round whether you increase above or below the first stitch, or does it only matter when you join?

    • @SilentSympathy
      @SilentSympathy 5 років тому +7

      You can add more increases than she has. Might have to experiment with how many increases you need.

    • @loristrout4741
      @loristrout4741 5 років тому +5

      @@SilentSympathy make sure to increase at the same place every other row and it will make a nicer pattern so if you had 20 stitches you increase at every fifth stitch and on the next row increase at the third stitch and then every fifth stitch on that row for the third row you would increase every fifth stitch for that row.

    Nice socks. Confusing on the heel part where you slip stitch twice at end of each row. Do 12 rows and your way past the 6 fpdc between the v. Do you slip stitch into stitch that has already been worked or two open stitches? Kind had to wing it on that. And ended up with only 40 stitches around for the leg part. I added 2, but I'm sure I'll have to add more as good up. So far I think they are great! Just a little tricky at that heel part. 😉

      I'm wondering, why such thin yarn. I was thinking about using something a little more fluffy , or would I be disappointed at the end? Joanne's Fabric has this really nice plush like yarn made by Red Hart in case your wondering, I just don't know if it would be a good idea after watching this video.

    Hi Annoo! First of all, thank you so so so much for all of your videos!! I love them and am so addicted and have loved every pattern (my absolute favourite is the boxy sweater :) I just have one question about this sock pattern, I am at the point of the video around 17:45 min and crocheting the rows. It says to BPDC and FPDC 20 stitches, I have tried watching the video a few times in slow motion but I just can't seem to get 20 when I go across and end up with 21. I just wanted to double check that because I feel like a crazy person :) I am going to proceed with my 21 and hope it doesnt make a difference. THANK YOU again Annoo! You are amazing and so lovely!

    Greetings from Scotland- fairly new to crochet but addicted and growing in confidence... Your work is beautiful like yourself. May I ask you what size of hook your using in this video please as I ve not used one below a UK size 4 - YET- & also if u can remember please, the yarn size as what's available in the scottish highlands is quite different to read on the labels. Hopefully I can adapt the main pattern to downsize for my hound to go inside his hunting boots. Yes socks on a canine. He's very slim naturally & legwarmers I made leave his feet a bit cold when he sleeps half in and out his or our bed together. Many blessings & thankyou. Well, I made it to the heel part. Then I got confused and threw my sock. Can you please explain the heel part a little better? I have had to alter the sick to fit my foot. So am I only going back and forth on the heel part, between the two V s? I understand most of it is supposed to be a back post double crochet when on the inside, okay... But my increase doesn't look like a V divet. It just looks like normal increases. Someone help.
