Dude thank you so much. My son wanted to make homemade JNCO jeans with pants he had thrifted & was so lost until this video, I grew up with my grandmother & she taught me to sew, but for newer styles I feel so amateur so thank you!!!
This is s cool. I could never afford JNCO jeans when I was younger and I have some deadstock denim that I found at the flea market. Thank you for the inspiration.
these are reaaaally cool!!!!! the neon thread was such a good idea! and i think your editing and the way you show how you do what you're doing is getting so much better with time, it's getting so much easier to understand. and can you please show how you do the waist band in a future video? ♥♥♥
Hey man, i just wanted to say thank you for making this video! My mom's taught me how to sew whenni was a kid and she recently gifted me a sewing machine. I have had some awesome designs in my head for years now and I've been really wanting to design some cool shit since i cannot afford $230 for a pair of pants, but you have inspired me in this video and i really appreciate you! You did an amazing job and your skills are fuggin incredible man! You now have another subsciber and i look forward to checking out your channel in hopes that I can learn some skills in using the sewing machine! Again, I want to thank you so much for the great video! You have an amazing skill and i hope to see you grow and develop your channel! I wish you the best of luck and keep rockin on man✌️🤙🤘👊
I wish to have you as my best friend: I spent tons of money paying my tailor for my customized baggies. And they're still not so wide, I mean, yeah they're very very wide but not as these ones and not so cool. And in the end of the day I still have just 2 pairs.
Not a fan of the saggy pockets but it can still be cool and fire 👽🔥❗ overall it is a remarkably great job and looks so so so dope 👌👌👌 Summer 1998 I swear I saw a pair of these with neon green contrast thread just like this. The little zipper detail is so cool. 🌿🗿🌿
Adjustable samurai pants. Hey the concept sounds interesting. Way different than my jncos which I liked mostly because I could put my drumsticks in the back pockets. Lol
@@thetAlltAilor do you know maybe where i can cop the 1:1 material that jnco uses or something similar? i have one pair of jncos an they are so good i mean they are baggy asf but they do not look like a "bag" down on the opening, they are like more solid, yours look good but they look thin if u know what i mean
I used to have wide legged jeans in late 90s/y2k not quite as wide as those though. I might try sewing a pair but will probably taper the waist so there's not as much bulk round my middle. 😅
This is almost exactly what I'm wanting to do. I just don't know how to do the pattern. I have a pair of JNCO Jeans and, I truly love them and I love the brand and style, but they're far too long and the crotch is down to my knees. I will not touch them to hem them because I love these jeans. So I bought five yards of denim so that I can make my own jeans similar to hakama but close to the JNCO style.
no not at all the pants silloette were more of a extra large A shape kinda they were supper wide at the bottoms but slowly fit the waist but they did it in such a way that they werent tight at the top ive been trying to master the silloette just right because i want to get a pair of jncos but i aint got no jnco money if you have any questions just ask

No worries I'd love to see how they trun out
how did you use the thrifted jeans to make the jncos?? did you completely take them apart?

Wow i am glad I was able to help!

Man I'm sorry to hear that but thanks for watching

That's fair, I did make a couple more changes to them though
I have a pair with dark flimsy denim and green contrast stitching almost exactly like this. 38 in kikwears.

He should be hired by JNCO or Willy Chavarria, he's got lot's of talent in making stylish Wide leg jeans 👍
Thank you yo
I definitely took some creative liberty here
ur videos are so helpful in my sewing journey!! thank u so much:3
Thank you
Awesome video!
I've been wanting to make jeans for a long time. You're motivating me!
Thank you and keep up the motivation!
I wish you did Denim Material but they still look good
These are denim lol

ooh i would so rock a pair of these
those pants look so good! gotta get yourself a double xl to go with those pants. Maybe some chunky DCs aswell. Great vid man!
Thanks alot man!
I was thinking that some fat skater shoes would be awesome too! I recently got some nice DVS shoes that would go great with these pants! Great job!
Dude I had Jncos back in 93'
Do you have a pic? I'd love to see 'em
These are dope! How many ounces did the denim you used weigh? I wanna make these but go for something a bit stiffer
I want to say 10 Oz?? But honesty I don't remember

Let me know when you do! I'd love to see it
If you had an Etsy or Inspire Uplift store and you were selling these, I would buy a pair of them.
Ill try it tomorrow
I'd love to see what you come up with
How long was the zipper and what kind of thread did you use for the contrast thread?
I believe it was 6 inches or so. For the thread I use 2 strands of neon green thread
It turned out great, with embroidery it would have been even better
Yeah I might do something like that un the future
We got jncos at home ahh Jncos
Lmaoo fr!
bro made skinny jeans
They're too skinny tbh

are the jnco original jeans pleated as well? curious
I don't think so

would you recommend trying to make jnco like pants for my first time sewing?
Sure! Why not
is there a way i can modify some existing pants into jncos? i dont know how to sew from scratch
I'd probably say the closest would be to get some really big pants and just reduce the waist and just wear it like that
can you do the tutorial for the beginner?
I definitely will+
your hands are so beautiful
Thank you
I dunno - I feel like maybe the pleats were not the way to go - and perhaps a bit of a taper up to the waist would have been better?!
That's fair, I definitely could've done them differently but the pleats make them look extra baggy imo
They look more like coogi jeans
Lol yeah I can see that
if it was thicker it would have been great
Yeah these pants are a bit too skinny
a little to baggy for me but tutorial is great
Not baggy enough in my opinion
think the key is to have it baggier around the feet. like the twin cannons. or fatter around the mid leg that could look cool
nah, thats too much baggy, its not alike jnco
These are kinda skinny tbh
@@thetAlltAilor xd
finally found it 🥹🥹🥹 i was going crazy looking for this!!! thank you so much
No problem 😊
