The message here on the surface is very confusingly negative, but as we've come to expect with Yukari, nothing is as it seems with her. The message she's sending is simple. "Don't try to 'fit in', because your boundaries, your gaps, your *differences* are what make you special, unique, and you."
LOL I find it hilarious that the lyrics highlight the fundamental difference between the philosophies and metaphysics of Eastern and Western religions. In Eastern traditions, the state of nirvana is perceived as breaking free from the cycle of reincarnation/Samsara, achieved by becoming one with the universe, and functionally losing personal identity as one fades into the background noise of the universe (several reasons why I could never be Buddhist, I like being myself/existing). In Western traditions (namely Judeo-Christian ones), there is no reincarnation, individuality and division have a divine purpose, and one's personal identity is retained after death. And here, a youkai of extremely dubious moral fiber is calling for upholding/more differentiation/boundaries within creation, the inverse of the teachings of most Eastern traditions. And as someone operating from a Western mindset, I concur that the spice of life is the result of boundaries (and occasionally breaking them).

Oh, I see how the song's title is "anti-oneness." What a great song idea!!! Yukari must intrinsically be opposed to the non-duality schools that byakuren or even miko must believe in because she is intrinsically an entity that splits non-duality.
I think the theme of the song is interesting, where she refutes the idea of becoming one and talks about the importance of boundaries that separate things. I feel like Yukari is actually the opposite of that, she is the Youkai of Gaps/Boundaries because she likes to break those boundaries, not because she supports them. For example, Necro-Fantasia itself describes being in a state that blurs the borders of Life and Death, which is what she did in her debut game, weakening that border until visiting the Netherworld was a simple flight, which it shouldn't have been allowed to be.
But she also protects the boundaries that are responsible for Touhou's existence, such as the Hakurei Barrier. She is the major supporter of boundaries. She might break them, but she always protects the ones that truly matter. (Gensokyo)
The existence and nature of boundaries is what makes breaking them meaningful! Touch wouldn't be special without the boundary of the body, love wouldn't be special without crossing the borders between our hearts.
