One of Hall's greatest strengths was that he had no problem doing the J O B. He was so good he didn't need the belt, he didn't need to be in the headline, he didn't need to be in the biggest storyline. He elevated himself by elevating everyone around him.

Jake and Scott, when it came to ring psychology, were industry legends
Kurt Angle is also very good. naturally picked it up quickly
Scott would change matches, and put over guys who should be put over
He'd take the heat, and do the right thing, even if it meant he lost the match

What program, the one that tells you that relapse is part of recovery? Get real. 12 Step programs are demonstrated, time and again, to be LESS EFFECTIVE THAN DOING NOTHING. They are DANGEROUS. Scott died from a dislodged blood clot during surgery. I didn't know blood clots being dislodged during surgery was a complication of alcoholism. He was sober when he died, by all accounts. You don't have a right to spout falsehoods about a dead man to promote your distorted groupthink ideology.

@@stevenbristol7832You are 1000% wrong on this one. I'm 4 years clean thanks to NA. You've been given bad information. NO WHERE does NA or AA teach that relapse is a part of recovery. It CAN be the reset someone needs....if they survive it.
I know hundreds...no, THOUSANDS of people the program works for. So how about YOU don't bring your jaded, conspiracy believing beliefs into this?
DDP said he relapsed, others did too. You just don't WANT to believe it, you apologist!!!! He fell bc he was likely drunk, and laid there for days letting a clot develop. It's unfortunate, but it happened. END OF STORY.

From what I've heard he killed another man when he was very young like only 19 or 20 himself. I think that kind of f***** him up mentally and emotionally and stayed with him for a lifetime. He was not convicted legally So I think he had some type of survivor's remorse some type of guilt for what he did. Maybe he felt the need to punish himself. This is all just me speculating though. Got much love for DDP Scott Hall and you too James!
