Welcome back, in today's video i'm eating food from Ikea for 24 hours. Yup ALL DAY. I went to Ikea a few weeks ago and picked up all of this. I spent around £45 in total, which isn't too bad.. if the food is nice. Of COURSE I bought some of their meatballs. It was a pretty interesting day, so I hope you enjoy!

Its suppose to be Scandi ryebread (rugbrød) the Bread you tried to make, and it's suppose to be soft on the inside, but solid and crispy on the outside... And it's suppose to be in a High loaf so you get squares. But it looked ok to be fair..
Its fun how different we see tea, its normal tea to us. Next time try the Sødergren tea it's sooo good especially with milk. Also love the mint tea and the kvæde /quince tea with Apple ...

I've never seen someone make that thick of a gingersnap biscuit! Also for a traditional Ikea/Scandinavian meal with you should have them with boiled or mashed potatoes, gravy and lingonberry jam!

They said to leave it in the bag because of the heat when you transferred it to the pan you should have put it in a warm place an covered it to rise, that’s why it didn’t rise

Honestly I got really excited for the first time I went to ikea to try the meatballs and mash and I was really disappointed. For me it was just like a really bad school dinner

I feel like the bread was so hard because it wasn't in a loaf tin...it was spread much thinner so wouldn't have needed as long in the oven 🤷
