Such a good video. There's so many other videos comparing it to different things like sticky notes stacked up, which means nothing to me. This is such an easy visual reference that gives me a feel for each type based on paper I've held before. THANKYOU!
I appreciate your energy so much! I'm starting a business, so I'm trying to figure out how to print my products. Feeling very frustrated by how much I don't know, but this video just made my night. Thank you!
thank you. the top youtube video for me was some idiot telling me paper weight doesn't matter. I really don't care about his opinion. your video on the other hand was excellent. thank you.
Joseph, in my opinion this is exactly what UA-cam is all about. I was looking on websites and seeing the GSM weights for paper and I was like "Yeah but that means ^&$&* to me. What does it look and feel like??". Obviously I cant feel paper through the net, but searched YT just to find someone doing exactly what you did here. Perfection.
I must be a real juvenile little shit, but i had to rewind your introduction. And i confess, i laughed. Thanks for the information mate, best of luck to you.
I'm on a book publishing site with a ton of paper options like "What do ya want your covers to be? Inside pages? Derpy derpy derp derp!" and then this video made it as clear as day.
If there was a love button, I'd press it, no homo. I've been looking for the type of paper they use for game cases and regular glossy paper seems to thick. Thanks to your video, I was able to get an explanation of paper weights and get the right paper.
That was the dopest video about paper stock I've ever seen.
Thanks my man!
that last paper you said was 20 pounds which = 29.6gsm shouldn't it be 54.1 pounds? = 80gsm
Marbin Javier lmao! I agree!
Dopest?

9 years later and this video is still so helpful
