Uncle Loz is back! I love this so much! I think too many competitors in strongman and powerlifting hang up their shoes when they can't compete in the 'open'. I think it's important to keep competing in the Master's if you still have the desire to compete. Cheers!

Loz you will always be a legend in the sport. Everyone can see how much you generally
care about it and all you do for promoting it. I actually started training strongman 8 months ago. I will only ever be a middleweight when I compete locally but it’s fun as hell.
Its always great to see that sporting events and accomplishments don't just magically stop when you hit 40 and that they are getting better overall.
I'd love to do a regional masters event sometime in the future, the Nicol stones and a bodybuilding show are the long term goals.
