- The 2:15pm (Central Time) worship service of the Dallas RPC. We consider the horror of hell, its necessity, and its remedy in Jesus Christ. That in considering this neglected doctrine we would flee to the Savior and then seek to bring the good news to the lost that they might flee the wrath to come and lay hold of Jesus.
Luke 16:19-31: 19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Rom is married to Maegan and they have four children. Rom was raised as a Hindu and became an atheist early in life. The Lord called him to faith through hearing the gospel in 2009 (Romans 10:17). Soon after, he felt a call to gospel ministry. He graduated from the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (RPTS) in 2020 with an MDiv. He was first ordained and installed as a ruling elder at DRPC in March 2015 and then a teaching elder in July 2020 by the Midwest Presbytery of the RPCNA. In addition to homiletics, counseling, and theology; Rom enjoys cooking, especially smoking meat, computer science (his first vocation), and roadtrips with his family.
What a compelling sermon. God give me compassion for the lost sinners and teach me to grieve for the salvation of the lost.

I listened to this live and how terrifying hell truly is. However we need to hear this very sobering sermon more than ever. It must have been a very hard sermon for this dear Pastor to preach on.But I am very thankful that he did.
May we never forget the reality of hell and what it cost our Lord Jesus to save us, oh may many more be saved.

As for fire in Hell, according to Pastor Billy Graham, itt is not a literal fire but an unquechable thirst for God.
Yes the JUDGEMENT OF GOD IS COMING. This will be a most glorious time.prophesied by the Lord God Almighty.
Isaiah 26;9 says "For when Thy JUDGEMENTS are in the earth the INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS."
The judgements of God is a good thing because the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. The favour of God by sending rain and sunshine will never cause humanity to learn righteousness but God's judgements most assuredly will..
Moreover there is coming a time when ALL OF HUMANITY will Acclaim Jesus Christ is Lord. You will notice that I used the word ACCLAIM" instead of "confess" because the Greek word behind the word confess is "exomologeo" which according to Thayer's Greek Definitions is to Acclaim or ACKNOWLEDGE OPENLY AND JOYFULLY. Yes there is coming a time when ALL OF HUMANITY will Acclaim (exomologeo) OPENLY AND JOYFULLY THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. Luk 10:21 says " In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank (exomologeo G 1843) thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent. Wow! Jesus ACKNOWLEDGES OPENLY AND JOYFULLY. Also notice that ALL OF HUMANITY are in this group as it says EVERY TONGUE and EVERY KNEE. IN HEAVEN AND ON THE EARTH AND UNDER THE EARTH. (THINGS in italics....not inspired)And then after ALL of humanity ACCLAIMS AND ACKNOWLEDGES OPENLY AND JOYFULLY that Jesus Christ is Lord, God the Father will be GLORIFIED BY TOSSING THEM INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE FOR ALL ETERNITY...................NOT.

Children under age of accountability don’t go to hell
Two questions for your consideration: 1) Where do you find the concept of the "age of accountability" in Scripture? 2) If infants/children are not accountable for their sin, then why can they die, even before they develop a fully functioning brain in the womb? We know that the wages of sin is death, so if they can die before they even have a heartbeat, then we must trust that David's words in Psalm 51 are true "Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.", as well as Paul's words:
“For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.”
1 Corinthians 15:21-22

You spread the doctrine of demons and cannot support this heresy in any way in the Scriptures. What we do find however is “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; And in sin did my mother conceive me.”
Psalm 51:5
We are all fallen in Adam and born sinful. The Spirit blows where He pleases and regeneration is the work of God but ALL mankind must be born again if they would escape God’s wrath, including infants and children.
There is nothing about age of accountability, but yes we all are born into sin, thou Jesus paid the price , so I say this is a child or adult who is mentally incapable of understanding guilty and damned to hell.?
I understand your point. Those who commented are not thinking it thought. That is why we don’t baptize children. We just present them to the Lord. David also said about his child, he will not come to me but I will go to him.” So we don’t have to argue about that because we don’t have great teaching on it. That is why I don’t judge the pastor as saying he is teaching false But I believe that by God’s grace babies are saved. For what is there to judge a baby who died without first living. Now what happens to the soul is for God only.
