Even though this build strong the previous meta build (twin drake and Dominus aureus) with a change of its armor and cape still unfortantly out dps this build.

if you're high lvl this build with federation crown still solos

But the idea of builds is there usefulness at all levels and while this has much higher initial damage.
The other kills much quicker.
The man reason of this is of course doom.
