    Ingredients:
    200g Paneer
    8-10 Broccoli florets
    5-6 Cloves finely chopped garlic
    2 Teaspoons oil
    1/2 Teaspoon corn flour
1 Tbsp thick soy sauce/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tsp chilli flakes/red chilli powder
    1/4 Cup water
Toasted sesame seeds & chopped green onions to garnish
Take 8-10 florets of broccoli and cut the big florets into half. Then take 200 grams of paneer, dab it with a kitchen towel to get rid of any extra moisture and cut into your desired sizes. Finely chop 5-6 cloves of garlic.
Make a quick sauce by adding 1/2 teaspoon corn flour, 1 table spoon thick soy sauce, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes or chilli powder and 1/4 cup water to a small bowl, mix and keep aside.
Add 1 teaspoon oil to a pan. Once it’s hot, add the paneer pieces and sauté them until it’s slightly golden brown on both the sides. Then transfer to a plate. Add 1 more teaspoon oil to the same pan, add in the chopped garlic, saute for a minute. Add broccoli, salt to taste, give it a quick stir, cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Add in the sautéed paneer and the sauce we made earlier and saute until the sauce thickens. Add more salt if required. Lastly, sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped green onions and take it off the heat.
Enjoy, as it is or serve it or with steamed rice. You can replace the paneer with tofu, fish filet or boneless chicken.
