  • Finally doing proper competitive entries after driving here for over half a year. What a long road. Car felt like ass all day and had to kind of relearn how to drive after making a lot of changes. Essentially just wider spacers all around, and 4.6 diff. Back section eats tires in third now which is sick.
I was actually trying to qualify for Kansai Allstars but it didn't click until the last session when all the qualifying was over. I was spinning out all morning. Toshi gave me tips later on which helped. I also aired down the tires a lot more than I thought I needed, which helped with the flick. You kind of need hella grip at Meihan to throw it towards the wall.
Embarassed myself during qualifying but at the end of the day got some entries I never thought I could ever pull off. Having someone at the wall standing there gave me a better idea of proximity.
Car drove home in one piece. Probably one of the craziest experiences of my life to be able to drive like that. Never in a million years would someone convince me I could drive Meihan like this, definitely couldn't have pulled it off without the tips of all the local drivers. It feels like such a unique skill driving Meihan, it makes all other tracks feel so chill and easy.
    Anyway thanks for watching.
