I'm a guy that's your age and I was just diagnosed with cancer. Do you know of any programs for people with cancer to go on a guided day trip? I've been bank fishing my whole life and I would love to have a killer fishing day before the chemo makes me too weak.
For a guy who is locked down with work and coaching the kids the past 6 months, I haven’t gotten to fish at all so I wanted to thank you for these videos because it’s the second best thing to getting out there. Love em all brother
Hey Scott this is Barrett. I know i tell you this every time I see you but you are my favorite fisherman in the whole world, right next to your Dad. Growing up here in Moore Haven, you’ve always been our role model. You have THE best content! And hats off to McCoy. He’s a genius behind the camera and with editing. I know sometimes you may fall short of your goals. And I know you have really high expectations every single tournament but you don’t ever have to apologize to us viewers for anything. Even if you came in last every derby for years we would still watch your videos. If you ever have doubts about continuing “Unfinished Family Business” please just erase those thoughts from your head. I have full confidence that you will win that classic one day. Who knows maybe even a couple times! Sincerely, Us Lake “O” Boys.
The Martin family is a national treasure. Started by watching Roland. Now Scott and of course Hilary. She's about my granddaughters age. Glad to see the amount of enthusiasm. God bless.
I’m 23 years old and have played baseball my whole life. I’ve started pursuing competitive bass fishing for the past year and a half and your videos have not only been extremely helpful but also entertaining. Keep up the content Mr. Martin 👍🏻
For whatever it's worth, dudes who play baseball end up making really good anglers. No idea why, but there are several pros that have failed at baseball but became great at Bass fishing.
Macoy, great into!! Enjoyed the elite talk with Matty Wong. Scott, you did your job finding quality fish! Looking forward to the 20/20 for the season and 16th February 2023.
Scott I am fortunate to live in Mobile Alabama and was here when you won the tournament on Mobile Bay. You ran from Mississippi coast to here and I drive across the bay and think of you everytime I do it..
I fish the Mississippi a bunch a little further downstream and always excited to see how you guys approach this amazing fishery. Congrats on a good finish on this one and best of luck going forward.
Just wanted to say thanks for your bait info videos. It definitely helped my spinner fishing. Also, preying for you and the family in your quest to bring home that big trophy for your dad! Thanks Scott Martin for the videos and helping the fishing community! God bless you!
I really enjoy watching you guys fish. I used to watch Roland back in the eighties and nineties cause he was the Man back then, and 30 years later I find your channel. Keep doing what you're doing because it's freaking awesome!!! Jalapeno Crunchy Cheetos best boat snack. gottta have some pepper jerky to go with it, and a soda of course.
Matt knows what's up! The 6th Sense fishing tackle is the best. Give em a check out. Ben Milliken has a channel that's great for showing the tackle off. Or baxter the baitman. 👊🤘
Enjoy all these videos, Scott! One thing I wish you did though was to show the bait so we can see the color and how you rig it. A lot of guessing on our end.
Scott, listen to me. My wife Carolyn and I{Roger} from Babson Park on lake {Crooked Lake}FL. This is just south of Lake Wales about 5 miles. Anyway, we want you to win every event you take part in. We are 100% Scott Martin fans. We love your mon and dad also. We have been to your marina several times. My wife bought a leather handbag our last visit. We wish you only the best.
I fished the Mississippi since I was pretty much a kid... it was close by, and I could ride my bike to it. I learned the seasonal patterns, caught Crappie at times, white bass, channel cats, bullheads, and big, really big Carp. I could give the carp out to the locals, and they knew how to cook them (with all of those bones). But we caught a lot of stripes bass also. At the time I was doing this though, around 1970 or so, the river was so polluted. But fish are resilient, especially in the Mississippi. I may not have eaten them, but I loved fishing for them. I'd use mayflies sometimes as well, when they were everywhere - on a popper bait. Anyway Scott, thanks. It's a great memory for me. I fished off Campbell Island if you care to look it up.
Glad to see this video was waiting for it as I had followed the tournament. Great effort….i know you can bring this type of focus to the classic and next year! 🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
Man! This is season 4 I’ve been watching The SMC. The videos produced on this channel make it a must subscribe and hit the bell channel. PERIOD! If you can find the time to watch everyday of tournaments and then catch all the videos these guys drop about what went on behind the scenes it makes for a great experience. Travel vlogs, each practice video, watch each day of the actual tourney online and each day of the tourney brought to you by the SMC Guys right here on this very channel. Scott’s production team knocks it out of the park with every drop. Looking forward to the off season videos and seeing Scott fulfill Unfinished Family Business. LETS GO SMC!!!
Great videos Scott. Enjoyed the whole season. My brother Skip was a guide at Martin's Marina. Retired last year. I fished Okeechobee alot with him. Keep it up. Bring Canterbury & Arey along next season
Favorite snack on the boat is cheese, grapes, and crackers! Scott, what is your preferred style of Bajio sunglasses? I'm looking to buy a pair, no pun intended. I appreciate all of the content you and the guys put out each week! I'm always looking forward to the next episode!
Love the practice videos, love the tournament video's - especially loved the tortilla fight. That was one of the funniest things I've seen on your channel in a long time. Really looking forward to next season!
Took my nefew , fishing today after work . Half a dozen nice bass a piece , and caught the biggest crappie I've ever seen in my 40 years of fishing , on my black lizard ,,,, what a day !
Another awesome video and that intro was 🔥 McCoy stepped up his game. You came close to your goal, you were killing it and had me watching bass track. Favorite boat fishing snack has gotta be a good jerky.
Just keep on grinding, Scott! Grab hold and shake it out, like a pitbull on a fresh bone from the butcher! You've got this....BELIEVE!!!! Let it flow, Brother, Classic time, BABY!!!!!!
You’ve been a huge inspiration for me. Last month I finished second in my club tournament with 15.83 lbs by far my biggest bag to date and I was within minutes of the spot you fished when you won your first FLW tournament.
Bass here in PA. Have started to bite again, yippee. Hey good luck you got this. I have watched you along time. You just gotta relax and fish . I went 5 weeks this summer but I was there every day.
Scott, please introduce my fellow Montevallo boy Clent Davis! I’ve seen him in a couple of your videos now and no introduction. Love the content, please keep them coming.
Congrats on a great finish and making the classic! Was looking forward to this video for last few weeks! Pool 8 is my favorite fishery that's somewhat close to me. Watched live all weekend and was rooting for ya! Great vid as always!
Told you you would get a top 10 at the Mississippi River. You'll win there next time believe that! Awesome season good and bad you still keep the positive energy and drive with you.
I have been waiting on this series . I follow you a g-man religiously here on UA-cam thats about it. I somewhat know how you finished but always wait on your videos to find out. I wish yall fished 12 months a year like our club so I could watch more
Finally back to a REAL bass tournament. Sick of those boring smallmouth tournaments where all you do is watch guys stare down at their screens. Thats only fun if youre the one doing it...
I will always be one of the people who press the like button because you have given me new ways to catch more and better fish in my area so thank you very much for all the content you are doing
This has been a favorite video of mine, not only because the water and cover there remind me of Okeechobee, but because ya'll did well in the tournament. Maybe that's the reason why you did well, it was familiar cover, a confidence booster..lol Love ya'll ❤️, tight lines
Hi. My wife and I are big fans. She cheers for you guys and fuss just like she watching the Alabama Auburn game. Your drone shots are nice. This is just an F.Y.I.. I'm a licensed drone pilot. Your drone shots in the clouds and above the clouds are against FAA regulations. You have to remain 500ft below the clouds and 2000ft away from them. Also a drone can only be flown up to 400ft unless you are over a structure and you can go 400ft over that structure out to 400ft. The FAA isn't searching for this but their are haters out there that will report you if they see it. Now bring home that blue trophy so my wife can stop yelling at you Matt and Canterbury.
Check out the Mission Unstoppable Website: bit.ly/3BJBgoQ - to learn more on how Mobil Delvac can keep you and your engine unstoppable
I'm a guy that's your age and I was just diagnosed with cancer. Do you know of any programs for people with cancer to go on a guided day trip? I've been bank fishing my whole life and I would love to have a killer fishing day before the chemo makes me too weak.
I been using mobil delvac in my duramax for 8 years but now i can find it
