This is my 3rd different BOB to make. This one states it is 9" finished. They are all 1/2" smaller than described. If I am making the blocks in the same quilt, it is not a big deal, but your quality control group should do better and checking these sizes.
Why is it a secret what size the triangles are? It's creepy. You should tell us what we are buying. Break the corporate stranglehold that's on your throat. Forget those suits. They are creeps.
@@accuquilt Your answer is disingenuous, in other words, a lie.. There are two triangles sizes (REGULAR) and you don't post those sizes; Pam is obviously instructed to not disclose the sizes, yet she instructs us to measure them AFTER we buy it to see whether they are different from shape sized in other dies. Whirling Star has the same shapes as in the qube system yet you sneakily hide the sizes of the shapes. The kaleidoscope block in the Star of the East block is the same shape as the studio kaleidoscope block which does have the measurements listed because that die's dimensions were posted before the corrupt corporation bought you out and adopted SNEAKY, SLEAZY tactics, such as not disclosing die sizes. It's disgusting and immoral to prey upon your buyers. Not posting sizes prevents us from easily adding the shapes to the spreadsheet which lists where every specific shape can be found on which die. You are milking the shoppers by your secretiveness.
Hello, I'm afraid we were not posting the dimensions before the company was bought out. Since the shapes on our BOBs are unique sizes and shapes, we do not provide the cut & finish sizes of each shape on the BOB die, we provide just the finished block size. The shapes are not available outside of purchasing the BOB die. The Whirling Star cannot be made with a Qube, as it has irregular shapes.
It would be better for the sewing lady to know the names of the shapes. If one isn't sewing with your demo colors, one cannot sew a white to a blue! And doesn't she review before the show? She didn't seem to know what she was doing!
Half square triangles and 120 degree triangles, otherwise known as kaleidoscope block shapes. Demo lady is just there to sell dies; teaching is not the focus at all.
Brock is a fun addition to your videos 😁

As stated below, many shapes on our Block On Board Dies are irregular and therefore do not have names/measurements available.

The shapes on this particular die are irregular, and therefore do not all have names.
