Great work madam. Exposed to the builder. Pl don't trap. Thik nahi h. Advance token money lene ke baad vapas nahi kar raha h jabki builder ko affidavit bhi jama kar diya h. Agali karvaaye ki taiyaari kar rahe taki money wapas ho. Future Customer base ye nahi banana chahte aur ek baar paisa lene ke baad baat bhi nahi karte h. Very bad and pathetic. So, Not recommended

What are broker doing then? Just gobbling money through customers. They are business partners of Bhutani they can't scott free. Bhutani is responsible for the ecosystem they created. They must fix the mess they created...

Bhutani employees are not trustworthy and especially Dubai staff - after 4 months of no due certificate when it came to releasing rentals they revoked it as I did not buy other property. OC and registration still pending when objected it they threatened with hefty fines, when asked for waiver they asked to buy second property when did not buy second property they revoked NDC . And still OC and registration pending

I bought unit in cyberthum and deal was done in Bhutani office.. I was promised to get penalty of 18% on late possession as per the agreement but now they are issuing more delay letters by saying that it is NGT bann by govt. However, these bann comes every year and builder always consider these thing in their project.

Do Not invest in Bhutani Group. In this Account & Sales manager both are irresponsible. They did not reply in any manner (On Call or Email). According to them Customer is fool & they have extra money to fund in Bhutani Group. I personally message Ashish Bhutani, Rishi Gupta or Sales & Account manager.
