It's not his fault. The client violated the contract and even ghosted him for months. It's like breaking up with someone and then wanting them back years later. The client had to realise he was not as important as he thought he was and that people move on and can't just wait for him. It's the clients fault for wasting his time and then cussing him out for wasting his time. He doesn't deserve no refund. They put in all that work for nothing
Why accepting the fault of something was not your fault if you were already done with their funnels and already gave the "deliverables" to the client whats the need to keep the files? its the client responsbility 100% besides he dissappeared for months.
