How do you rapid in a straight line and not dogleg rapid on a Okuma Bridge Mill with OSP P300 controller ?

Under the PARAMETER category LONG WORD, BIT you'll find you currently have no check mark under #46.0 That little booger is the deciding factor for straight vs dogleg. Apply the check mark (you may have to cycle power... Not certain) and you'll be off to the races!

Thank you for the tip! I have the same error msg. 4304 ALARM-D No move order after change offset 2, and popped up right before the canned cycle or G01 for X or Y move and machine just stopped there. What did I do wrong? Please help and thank you.

Make sure you change #71 parameter to NOT DISPLAY. About the 6minute 30 second mark of the video talks about how to fix this

I am having problems with the CAS, I run a Okuma multus B300-w, when transfer the part to the second spindle doesn’t transfer in the CAS, it was working before, but suddenly happened that, what would be the problem ?

Not at all! The part transfer in CAS relies on the G22 torque skip function to automatically transfer the blank, but I'll do a video on a trick to get by that. Stay tuned!
