Parachuted on this channel. Wonderful! This guy suits my style. No fancy clothes, no unnecessary bla-bla-bla, no lecturing. In addition, he plays wonderfully! He certainly loves his "glissandos". Caught my heart, for sure!
Hi Mike love your music 🎶. I am from Akron and can remember going to the movies and listen to the Wurlitzer organ being played before, during the intermission and after the movies. You bring back many memories for me. Thank you.
... really good tune in a perfect hammond grandee organ version, Mike 👍👏🙂♥️; please more of this kind of music style 🙏🥰 greetings from north germany 🙋♂️🍀🌤🐕🎹🎼🎵🇩🇪🇺🇦🇪🇺🇺🇸 Dietmar
I listened to this song over and over, on a Lettermen record I had in college. I still enjoy listening to it 50 years later. Thanks for the memories, Mike!
Every time I hear one of these organs it pulls me back to being a teenager in the late 60's and visits to my grandmother. She had a smaller Hammond Organ and insisted on playing ever time we visited. It was mandatory we listen.
My era….you are a natural,Mike…..no amount of studying can put the natural ability and expression you obtain ….A born natural musician….thank you for another great rendition….
My era also and grew up just a few more miles down the road in Canton. Always love hearing this song and u play it beautifully. Love the Latin beat. Thanks Mike. Never stop!
Thanks Mike, this is brilliant! I think this is one of my 10 fav songs from the 1960s. Amy Winehouse did a great version before her untimely demise. I've only been playing the digital piano for a few years now, having tried to play every instrument previously, just about! So glad I was able to find this on youtube. You capture the essence of this great tune so well and it lends itself well to Hammond Organ. Luckily I have electric piano/organ options on my Roland so can try it different ways and see if it sounds any good. The basic chords are relatively easy and allow one to give a bit of freedom to the right hand playing - not sure I can emulate the flourish you added near the end!
Remember this tune well but rarely hear it on any medium…..1963….thanks Mike.
Wonderful Mike does a Wanderley

Your playing sounds as though it's carried on a balmy Latin American breeze 🌬
there is a lovely breeze blowing through our home today... thanks

Love it🎶🎵🩵☺️
Is that the Colonnade organ? I feel like I'm at Yankee Stadium, with Eddie Layton at the realm.
The chunky flugelhorn simultaneously guard because capricorn strangely mug off a squalid defense. placid, messy chalk
really?
Mike, 😂😜🤪
