valerie dunn What thesw guys didn't do that I saw a lot others do was they didn't drink water shortly after the burning started. I think that set a lot of people up for failure when they added water to the pepper heat.

These people did awesome. I think it helps to do it with people u don’t want to look stupid in front of like “co workers” cause u won’t panic like these other idiots on youtube freaking out. I mean the guy from The Ace Family Austin took a tiny bite and cried like a baby and broke out on his face. Smh other youtubers guzzled water, stood in the shower, made a mess drinking everything they had in the fridge looking crazy lol When u panic u make it worse. Ur blood pressure rises. That’s why they tell ya to keep calm in major accidents cause u will bleed out if ur blood pressure sky rockets. Same w this. If u keep calm, suck up the pain and remind urself that the pain is temporary and it will pass then u should b good. If u act crazy saying it’s hot it’s hot well no duh u did just eat the hottest chip on earth, u r just putting urself up for disaster. U start to freak your body out about yourself in distress, blood pressure goes up, heart rate goes up u start to sweat bullets increasing the pain for ur self and these same ppl r the ones that reach for the water and make it 10 times worse lol. No doubt it’s gonna burn and hurt u just got to tell urself to stay calm don’t be licking ur lips or breathing hard, drinking water is the worst thing u can do. Ur just spreading the capsaicin all over the crevasses of your mouth and making it worse. If u absolutely have to drink do milk or buttermilk. If u can’t stand the taste or lactose then swish in mouth then spit out and then put a piece of bread in your mouth same thing chew it slowly all over ur mouth to soak up all the hot chip particles up and spit the bread out. Once the heat is over then u can drink water. And I’d advise to drink ALOT of water to flush out the hot chip, im betting its no fun coming out lol js but water will help dilute it and maybe take something for your tummy. Happy Paqui Eating!!!
