- Part I of a soundboard tape of a complete live Jayne County show that was recorded on Monday June 6, 1988 at the Vogue nightclub in Seattle, WA. It was originally a two-sided cassette tape that’s now been digitized into two files. The whole show featured only 13 tracks total, but it took 77 minutes to play them with all the hilarious, ribald stage banter, costume changes. 9 of the 13 tracks appear here in Part I. The other 4 tracks appear in Part II.
The band backing Jayne at this show was an all-star cast of Seattle local heroes, including Paul Solger of Solger/The Fartz/Ten Minute Warning on guitar; Kim Warnick of the Fastbacks on bass and backing vocals; and Criss Crass of the Vains/the Living/the Muffs on drums.
The track listing covers the whole range of Jayne's musical career and back catalog of studio recordings going all the way back to 1974 when she was still known as Wayne County, making it a kind of career retrospective or overview.
