this ride is so unbelievably good. some of rmc’s best work yet. my favorite part has to be either the stall or the first huge airtime hill

Wildcat was so rough a couple years ago I actually injured pretty badly. Two back spasms, doctors said I basically got car accident level whiplash. Glad to see they RMC so it once again can be an enjoyable ride

@@kylebetz9684 that’s probably a better comparison than the one I made. It is really close right now but once Cedar Point opens Dragster, I don’t think Hersheypark will really be that close because I think Dragster re-imagined will be one of the best rides at either park

Went on this in the back left seat at night, full train, with my hands up the whole time. I literally orgasmed and couldn’t stop laughing when we hit the brake station.
I'm going this May for our concert choir and I'm so excited for this awesome redo of Wildcat!!!!

Just got back from Hershey, this is the best rollercoaster I’ve ever been on.

2023 RMC couldn't possibly prove the community more wrong. Their two rides this year were just RIDICULOUS. I can't wait to see what their Raptor at Walibi Holland will be like, that should be their next major project right???
I thought that was pushed to 2025 but, I could be wrong. And I thought it was Stunt Pilot clone but could also be wrong there.

Even if there rides are the same elements in each. They are smooth as butter and every park needs one. Hell every park might as well have 2 now.

I marathoned it two weeks ago 7 times. So far i think i gotten about 25 rides on it since opening. Oddly enought depending on the day, it actually has really short waite times like 5 min waite time on some days. Some days it is busy others its not. But i would say. Its definitely a back seat ride. And its also great for a night ride too.

i absolutely love it. Hershey Park is my home park. I have not been on any other RMCs yet but all i heard was people saying its a mid-tier RMC. I think its fantastic and glad to know that you guys agree that it is definitely one of the better RMCs.
Those who say it is mid-tier have their own prejudices. Another vlogger claims Wicked Twister is mid to top tier. As an opinion, that is false.

I'm going to HersheyPark in late August, and I'm going to ride this in addition to the other major coasters like Great Bear, SkyRush and even Candymonium! One sweet trip!

I always said Hersheypark should RMC wildcat. They already had one of the best lineups on the planet but now they’ve gone up another level.
42 laps so far and it never gets old I still have a blast every ride. Hot sunny days it hauls and night rides are great
Looks like a lot of fun. Live in Florida and love Iron Gwazi but only behind the Vengeance. This looks like another top tier RMC. I dare coaster manufacturers to eclipse RMC. They are absolutely relentless from start to finish. Truthfully the only manufacturer that I have ridden that is equal or greater than is the big brains at Intamin. Just rode velocicoaster for the 50th time last week. As always front row took my breath away. Was hot as hell and running faster then I could remember. Brake run looks extremely similar to Gwazi on Wild Cat. Look forward to visiting Hershey in the future. Looks like they a legit lineup.
Just got another chance to ride the only RMC I've ridden (Wicked Cyclone at Six Flags New England) and it just made me want to experience more of these. That they converted a rough and damaged old woodie into a medium-sized ride that still manages to be arguably the best ride in the park continues to amaze me. And it sounds like that's what they did here too.
Such a fantastic ride! Got to ride it several times a couple of weeks ago and just couldn’t get enough of it!

I rode backrow of wildcat's revenge and lets just say that I could've died. I normally don't scream on rides but this time I actually did, lol
I hope there is a way for the lap bars to be better cause I love this ride but damn on a taller rider like myself it hurts my legs. I don’t know if it’s me and the way I sit. But I so give it a ten regardless cause damn this ride is incredible. The perfect addition to an already unique lineup.

The back is so much better on this ride
Agreed the front is way more intense especially anytime you go upside down the whip into each element towards the front hits so much harder than towards the back. I even think the air times stronger in the front, the only element that I think is better in the back is the drop

If only RMC could figure out their restraints! For me it’s too much to get past to be a top coaster.
I finally fit on SteVe this summer. I'm like 6'5 and could never get the bar down far enough. For some reason I wore my bathing suit and sandles into the park one day and fit! It was cool but by the end my shins hurt pretty bad. I had indents on my shins for an hour after the ride. It got super uncomfortable about half way through. You dont need them to go upside down so what is the point?
@@smote_his_ruin yeah I’m 6’4 and have always fit but it kills the shins and the lap bar is just uncomfortable. I don’t mind so much some of the older ones like Outlaw Run and NTG, two of my favorites. But this one and Iron Gwazi were bad and not great rides because of it - still a good ride but nowhere near great. Would be happy to see RMC put some effort into designing a train that meets whatever requirements they need but is also comfortable. Everyone else is figuring it out!
@@devdevthrills Its the new "clamshell" style design like Veloci and Orion/Fury for me. All inclusive for any size. All modern rides need to go this route.
It looks like the top of the mid tier RMCs or the bottom of the top tier. I still think Arie looks better but it definitely looks better than I thought it would.

Is it me or is the transition out of the under flip a bit weird? Like is wish it was smoother. Doesn't take away from the awesome ride tho 😅
Ya. It's a sharp transition. But the underflip is also the original first drop from wildcat but they also heighten it by alot and that section of track is built right up against the park fence there was no way to expand it so to make it work the transition had to be pretty sharp and snappy.

@@hersheyparkfan2772 I don't think so. Velocicoaster just has a lap bar. Goes just as hard as an RMC.
@@smote_his_ruin I was looking around Reddit and found what RMC had to say about them. “Hi! Thanks for the question. The purpose of the shin guard is to make the restraint comply with ASTM requirements to be a class 5 restraint, which is needed for rides that pull the forces ours do! Additionally, the rider is close to the centerline of the track on an IBox coaster, so the shin guard acts as a kick guard too. This being said, we are certainly aware of discomfort some riders experience”
