Eagle Rider Motorcycle Rental Issue - Booked and Paid 5 Months Ago UPDATE BELOW

OMG... Will my epic vacation to ride in the Florida Keys happen... I booked and paid for this rental... extra $$ also paid for a guaranteed Heritage. Got a call right before I'm to leave saying it isn't available and they want to give me a bigger bike or a small Yamaha to rent.... ugh..... Now I'm worried!!!!
UPDATE- Edgar at Eagle Rider in Miami came through for me! He was able to secure a 2023 Harley Heritage for me to ride… I am
very thankful!!

It’s from Harley… my local shop, Docs in Kirkwood Mo was able to find one that fits my bike. I love it.

Your situation with Eagle is totally ridiculous and very unprofessional I can’t believe that a reputable business would treat you like that. Good luck with that. If they don’t come through for you I would definitely submit a bad review on their website.

I still haven’t heard back from them… I’m hoping that no news is good news and that Eagle Rider comes through for me and that I can leave them a positive review.
