I am still pushing this system to see where it will go and today I have another technique to share! Today I want to use Dye inks, to 'press' to blend and then try some colored pencils on the cotton panels... And, I have 2 cards to share!

The hello card is beautiful and it makes sense it is your favourite, Therese. This time, I favour the coloured one. It is a wow for me. Thank you for making both. ❤️🇨🇦❤️🥰🥰
Yay! Thank you Kirrie!
The hello card really lets the letterpress shine! The colours would be perfect for wedding or sympathy cards as well.
I agree Tammy, it's such a versatile look!
Both cards are gorgeous! The first card is so clean simple and that may be my favorite.❤️
Thanks so much Jeanne, I would say that my clean and simple heart likes that one too lol!
Just stunning how you stepped up the letterpress design. Both are beautiful.
Hard to choose a fav.
Yay! Thanks so much Joy 😊
Two gorgeous cards, Therese! In answer to your question, I really do love the texture of this wonderful cotton paper shining through the pencil coloring! Can't wait to give this idea a try - but yes, I agree the hello with the traditional letterpress look is ultra special! =]
Thank you so much my gorgeous friend!
@@lostinpaper 😘😘
Very pretty! Such a lot of work colouring all those flowers and leaves! Beautiful results ❤
Thank you so much Lori 😊
Love them both, the hello is very elegant, the other one would make a great birthday
I think so too!
Beautiful cards, I’m loving the hello card!!!!❤
Thanks so much!
Beautiful cards, Therese! Think the goldfish one is my fav, but when you were making the hello one, I did think, like you, it would make a lovely card set for someone!
I agree, wouldn't it make for a beautiful gift set in differentt combination of colours!
Beautiful cards! I really like both of them but if I have to pick one, it would be the goldfish. I would love to have a Betterpress.❤️❤️❤️
It was my fave too! Thank you Jeanne!
Awesome cards, I love the coloring one, just beautiful 💖💖
Thank you so much Jeanette!
The pencil look is fabulous! Great job.
Thank you so very much Mary!
Two equally beautiful cards. Seriously think about adding the letter press to my crafty tools.
Cheers
Lisa
I can't wait to try some more techniques with it!... I'm away camping at the moment
I know the card you colored was more involved and took more time, but I LOVE it. Thanks for 2 really beautiful cards! 💖
Thank you so much Vicki!
I’m a mood girl too. Just found your channel and I love the fresh ideas you give. Love both of your cards, but I think I’m with you and like the hello one the best, which is funny since it took you less time on that one. Keep up the awesome ideas.
So glad you are here and took the time to comment, I truly appreciate it! And yes, sometimes the quick cards can be just as dramatic lol.
I love the colored one! I mostly like a smooth look with my pencils, but sometimes I do a quicker, rougher finish.
Good to know! Thanks so much Monica!
I am also a mood colorer. More often, I want a pretty smooth look, but sometimes, I want all the texture.
I love the way colour makes me feel! Thanks so much for your lovely and thoughtful comment!
Love your work Therese. I think I prefer the simple lines of the first card, however that being said, the second card reminds me of an antique styling which is also quite lovely. Looking forward to trialling my Letterpress when it arrives next week!
I know you will have such fun!
I always love purple and green together so I like the ‘enjoy’ card best. I have the Altenew alcohol markers so I’d love to see any videos on using them.
Yes, I haven't had a chance to try them as yet, I'm on holidays but will add it to my 'to-do' list lol.
Both beautiful cards Therese, but I very much like the first letterpress one. ❤
Me too! Thank you Louise!
Beautiful cards! I prefer the smooth look better but both are great!!!
Thanks so much Linda!
Both quite lovely!
Thank you Anne!
smooth look is my preference
Thank you so much Jan!
Gorgeous!
Thank you Henrietta! 😊
I thought they were both lovely. I try to think of the recipient of the card. I know several people who would really enjoy the more formal style of the colored in card. They are both lovely.
Thank you Mary, I agree it's wonderful to be able to personalise a card!
I love the CAS version the most too. Must have a play again - but I'm addicted t0 the ASD Poinsettia atm ha ha. I can't seem to leave it alone😅🥰
Totally get that 😆
The letterpress plate burlap is still out of stock at Altenew but thanks for the tip
That's sad news, I hope it is back in stock real soon!
Loved the hello card, would've love the other as much if you'd left the two tone background but not colored in the flowers.. . sounds so cruel after the time you must have spent doing it : {
I totally get that, it was fun to stretch the products and see how the card was with pencils. Thanks so much for visiting and taking the time to comment!
