Former Miyazaki JET here (Nichinan) and one of my JET friends in Miyazaki certainly had the same layout (same apartment block, circa 2015) so this was super nostalgic, haha. Nice use of the space!

hi!! i'm a bookworm who is also planning on doing JET in the future; i was wondering if you find it more difficult to get english novels while living in japan/if u find urself spending more money on books? (this is your first video i've watched so i apologize if you've talked about this in other vids!)

    • @AnniesBookNook

Hey nice to meet you! 😊 yes it definitely is more difficult to find English books here. Maybe if you live in a big city there might be an English bookshop, but not where I am. I use the library app Libby to read English books for free (only ebooks and audiobooks) while I’m here!
