Milk powder 200rupay ka aayega baki samaan sugar-35/, baking powder aur ilayechi dono 15/, gas ka kharcha-50/, maida-10/, oil70/, vaise haldi ram ke gulab jamun-220/ kilo hein.

Hi Soni kitchen. I did it exactly as per the recipe. In the first batch skin of few jamuns ruptured, rest okay. So for the 2nd batch I added extra half teaspoon maida and with rest dough was fine. It came with flying colours. Thank you, happy Diwali🙏
