I was at my friends house and he was doing this elusive target. He placed an explosive duck in the middle of a room and only killed the target without knowing who it was.

My strat for that one hasn't changed much. Ever since Sieker came out I start as gardener, dart the first patient that walks outside, and knock him out. If its the target, it won't let you hide the unconscious body so I snap his neck and hide it. If not I hide the unconscious body and dart the next one. Same thing, and if it's not one of the first 2, I reset.

You can practice with tranquilizers for poisons/shooting, fire extinguishers instead of propane tanks, strangling instead of drowning or snapping the neck, etc
I just guessed on that one; I was too lazy to go to the hospital. I poisoned the second drink and hung out at the exit. Turned out I got it right first try.
