lol. Love it. In my hometown there's a man everyone knows as "Glen the Can Man". He kind of a legend. There's even a facebook group devoted to him. He, too, is enthusiastic. But he's homeless and has dementia. He just digs through dumpsters to get his cans. He also stops regularly at every fraternity house. I'm pretty sure he makes a killing. Why didn't I think of this?

To me, recycling isn't even about being "green". It's just common sense: why waste the material? You don't need to be guilted into doing it with environmental propaganda. That's why I like this video, it just states the facts.
When you drink as much soda as my roommate and I do, and live near a recycling center, you're throwing money away if you don't. We also bring cans we find home, altogether generating about $10 worth a month. We're putting the money towards building a slot car track.
