Actually this exercise is very tough to do and one has to follow the correct way while doing these kinds of exercise and in this video it is shown very clearly

Thanks for the email. I like that exercise. I use it a lot in my own workouts. Have you ever used a TRX? You can also do a kneeling roll-out facing the anchor point and get the same benefits with a little more of a challenge. Keep up the good work and avoid choking people with those bands; they can be a little tricky. ;)

Ah, so the resistance of the band is less than the load of the body pulling it down. Makes more sense now, I thought the bands would've been stronger, like powerlifting bands. I'm assuming they were lower resistance bands.

With a glute ham raise - the glutes and hams are doing the work...... The resistance is going completely the wrong way, the band makes it more of an ab exercise...
