Beach Zoomies for DeNiro's Birthday!

- It's DeNiro the Greyhound's 5th Birthday.. really.. where did that year go ? We celebrated with a trip to his favourite place, the beach, for a spot of lunacy before he headed home for cake and a nap.. not necessarily in that order.
We thought Greyhounds were supposed to be accomplished runners.. but that Spaniel wore him out.
We take a look back at a few of his highlights for the year and seek to answer the question, are Greyhounds proper dogs?

All our videos are hand made from 100% organic ingredients ;). Our content is mostly filmed on a GoPro 11 with a Rode fluffy microphone to keep the wind noise down, with occasional bits on an iPhone13. We also use a DJI Mini 3 drone which we're loving getting to grips with.
We make our own music using GarageBand and the videos are edited in iMovie.

Happy birthday DeNiro! He always makes me giggle when he gets the Zoomies because it looks like he's hopping when he runs! LOL By the way according to the Scots Language Center: "Tak tent o sma things" means: "Pay attention to the small things".
Absolutely wonderful watching DeNiro and Dash on the beach . At first glance I thought Dash was Nori ! ( not sure if he’s met him yet though? )

Zoomies in a graveyard by a greyhound who doesn’t watch where he’s going …. Maybe he needs a hard hat?!
Very risky letting a greyhound off lead unless you're in an enclosed area. Greyhounds have a high prey drive and poor recall which can one day end badly.
That’s true of any dog, but every one is different. So far DeNiro has not really shown any real prey drive, (last night he was ignoring the rabbits outside the van) but you’re absolutely right. We don’t let him off when there’s any people around.
