Yuqi is the member of I-DLE that has changed the least since debut. From her appearances on variety shows, to Learn Way to Keep Running to I'm A Survivor, she has shown her confidence in her ability to do anything. She's a vital member of her group and you can see her true affection for her sisters. I have to believe her, I really think she can do anything she puts her mind to.
I don't know how to explain well, but when I hear about Yuqi's stories my life refreshes, for me she has always been a point of reference to follow, she is confident and she knows it very well. When I started following gidle she was the first member I noticed thanks to a youtube short where she sang queencard, and from that moment my life changed, it became more cheerful. With its funny moments it cheered me up when I was in a dark period, exactly one year ago.I will never stop loving her, no matter what she is. Yuqi, I wish you a happy life and hope to meet you. I'm figuring they probably gave her a time limit to get through all the questions. She seemed a little rushed to get through them, imo. While I thoroughly enjoyed the video we got, I would've watched a full 20-30 minute video of her taking her time and thinking a bit before answering the questions. @heartforall5853 that's who I thought she was going to say. And maybe the narcissism is partly because of the culture. My understanding is K-pop is ultra competitive, so maybe that brings it out more. I prefer humility though, so I'm still a it less of a fan.

yuqi was more likable when soyeon was her rolemodel - it seems she’s gotten so full of herself or she’s not taking these questions seriously :/ disappointing… i had been excited to watch her series on mindset but ended finding it wasn’t worthwhile as her responses were not genuine and not a lot of thought was put into it! she just says whatever for the effect and she only cares about portraying a persona without any deeper meaning behind it. which defeats the purpose of the mindset series, which is to dive deeper? to my surprise it’s even less insightful from any other random video she’s in. very superficial so i’m unable to connect with her at all. from a former fan
I love your comment even if I don't totally agree with it simply because I was sure there will be people who interpret her answers this way but nobody would say it until you did. In one of her other interviews, she says she doesn't like showing weakness and some of these questions here would have allowed her to be vulnerable and she simply chose not to. Yes I agree it is a bit disappointing because we all want to connect with her. But from my perspective, her mindset is to make people happy and not have people worry about her. @5:25 she tells us the truth. She lied to her parents that things weren't tough just so her parents don't worry about her. To me, that takes courage. When she answers questions jokingly, it's the same thing. She doesn't want you to worry about her.
