Welcome to "What's Next Finland?", a 6-episode podcast series that will tell you all about living, studying and working in Finland as an international. Our guests from all around the globe will do their best to advise and guide you throughout your Finnish journey.
Today we welcome Elli-Noora (Finland), an entrepreneur who started her company 6 years ago and who directs the podcast Bisness Siskot which aims at helping new entrepreneurs in their business journey. In this episode, the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and practical advice about contract negotiation, legal matters and work-life balance.

• Noémie Hueber (France)
After two Erasmus exchanges, Noémie decided to stay in Finland and start Radio Turku, a podcast that helps Finns and internationals connect and break down cultural barriers. Her new project, What's Next Finland?, aims to give newcomers a broad vision of Finnish society and work culture. She is a soon-to-be-graduate from a master’s degree in English language and literature and has recently been nominated Young Changemaker in the Nordics by the NGO Ashoka.
• Elli-Noora Nieminen (Finland)
Elli-Noora is a Communications Specialist who works in English, Finnish and French. After a bachelor’s degree in language and literature in France, she graduated in Communication and Translation from Tampere university. 6 years ago, she created her company Luova Viesti that helps companies to plan appropriate and effective communication strategies. It has been now almost 2 years that she works as a full-time entrepreneur. She is also directing the podcast Bisnessiskot that aims at supporting new entrepreneurs.
