This was honestly so helpful in giving me a more positive mindset towards job search. Currently looking for a job as a new graduate in the post-covid job market and rejection has been hard, especially for stuff I was looking forward to or felt completely qualified for. Thank you. Hope I can stay positive, and stick to it.

Thanks so much Natalie I never expected the 'river of misery' because I'm normally a positive, happy person. I'm finding the uncertainty and being out of my comfort zone challenging. Your videos have been super helpful
Thanks for your comments. We are all human and no matter how positive we are, we are still human some of the times and it's part of the human experience to have negative emotions and that is ok, we just need to learn to feel them and navigate them more effectively in a way that serves us and then we are capable of so much more.
Omigosh the River of Misery!! Of course!! What an awesome and helpful video. Thank you for making it and providing some clarity to this exquisitely miserable part of the journey. Thank your for making this known. Kudos to you for your own journey across the River Styx.
Thank you so much, i’m a fresh graduate and i cry everyday searching for a job. I notice that after I stop sitting searching for a job all day and talk to someone the depression suddenly disappears. I hope I pass the interview soon so I can pass this stage 😭
As someone who is very very down after having given up a job (of many years) to move countries and finding that - eek! - nobody seems to want me here (Australia), I find this video really really useful. Nathalie has great advice and that soft spoken Canadian accent. Her videos are really helpingme.
I want to learn talking like you Natalie, do you have any regrasive coaching classes or if you can make such type of coaching classes so that people come over all anxiety
The thing is yeah if I wanted to I could get a job really fast. but it wouldn't be a job that is in my field and it would be a job that I probably wouldn't like, and a job that I am over qualified for. I want a job that is in the field that i actually went to school for. That's the hard part. I could just take any job but unless I am broke and have no other choice I am not going to do that.
Job hunting is hard sometimes, right?
No, not sometimes.... all the time.
It makes me wanna kill myself
yeah tell me about it especially post covid. Its hell.

Natalie, you got the greatest asset that's soft and patiently talking
This was so comforting. Thank you 😔
Thank you for this video! Definitely in the "river of misery" now. But I know I just need to keep going!

The rejection is literally making me suicidal.
