Little late, but this chad is my favorite character, why? BEST physical tank in the game (global) hands down. As the video says, debuffs and buffs team and can literally just be there all day. Skills: Powerful attack Thick shield (synergizes with weapon) Impregnable shield (team survivability, and reapplies shield if lost) hit and run tactics (good debuffs, can target barrels and other environmental objects) Intimidate (works well with hit and run, combined it stacks to: MOVE 1, VULNERABLE 2 and ATK 2) Gear: Guardian's Will w/ sword cup (getting this to 4* is amazing, even tankier) Mystery Guardian w/ cup cup (when maxed that's another 25% P.DEF, from frontal attacks. BUT main reason is to get the DEF attribute buff, immune to DEF debuffs and vulnerable. MEGA TANK ALL DAY). The Fool's Naivety tarot (mainly for even more HP, if you out HP the target gain 10%, if you're lucky with getting the proper level 50 effect that's 20% damage and extra HP + 10% more HP from the weapon) When versing bosses I'd switch out 'Hit and Run tactics' for 'Array Command'. Very underrated character, only negative is DPS but that's not what defenders are for.
*scoffs* "Weapon Room 2 or 3" he says... I just started and I've spent 6hrs last night just enjoying both stories and testing the Units I got from the Gacha... Man, I love this game! 💜
Worth mentioning for hit and run tactics, often times bosses summon adds or start with adds on the field. Using a large aoe with a large vuln debuff that actually stacks with def down from other units can be huge for removing units off the field asap. One of the biggest advantages across so many examples is outnumbering opponents. Wars is obvious, hockey has power plays, WoW arenas once one player gets dropped people just leave because of how unfeasible it is to win while down a person, etc. Having an aoe debuff like that is defense through offense, it may only last 2 turns, but killing 2 or 3 units in that window can snowball the fight your favor beyond the duration of the vuln by taking dmg from only 3 enemies instead of 5.
yeah, late game he becomes a shield bot his damage scales on his stars lvl. so he is relegated into a protector shielding allies and buffing them while debuffing enemies
I have been using him for the past week and was considering making a video about it. Nobody is talking about him, and I think that's criminally underrated! He and Nergal are two of my favorite units and I'm so glad somebody else is talking about Teadon.
9:36 I think the reason is that most people that checked future characters know Simona that is coming soon is probably his 2.0 version, to give the aoe shield and more utility for survival, plus everyone has maitha and she does the job plus attack buff and later in the future cocoa powercreeping all tanks
@@asoret yea, our future knowledge is what is causing it. The way I am approaching it is that I will only pull for T0 but since units are not truly imited it wont be the end of the world when losing 50/50

@@MttkRaimon True but we will get herself max duped eventually, it's a problem with the high speed schedule that we won't have time to finish old characters and add new ones to shard farming
both teadon and nergal have a 2 turn Vulnerable 2 debuff on a 4 turn cooldown, so if you have both of them. You basically have a 100% uptime on Vulnerable 2 if you cast it back to back. Those 2 units are the only ones in the game (so far) to have a vulnerable 2 debuff.
Since I pulled him I've been putting him to work on tight 2 3 tile spots and block other way or push enemies back so next turn he swings again when they come. Glad to know someone is make. A video about him. So far him glora and Maitha are always on my team. Plus col and mercenary that hooks
Having watched the video now: I can confirm that,even as a noobie, debuff stacking is strong for bosses. DEF Down/P.DEF Down stack independently, so Vulnerable being just a flat "Take 20% more damage"? Not sure how the game processes out the math out, but that is still huge.
Honestly, now with Simona out, Ice Attack is that much better for his Main Attack (still not great tho) since he can contribute to putting MOV debuff on enemies which then lets Simona freeze them. Sure, not the greatest synergy, but it's still a synergy and thus further justifies taking it and at least having it to use sometimes

Teadon can do OBSCENE amounts of dmg, there is a trinket that lets you hit again units with ward skills if they use any skill while in the guarded area (also increases guard skills dmg), meaning that his passive 3 square line will hit twice. There is also a tarot card that increases out of turn dmg by 20%. Couple that that he can learn a passive at lvl 40 that gives him and all allies arround him 40% to all defenses for 2 turns if he doesn't attack on his turn... vs AI he is rock solid and can MURDER melee chatacters by just beeing there xD
Does 1 tile radius cover the tiles diagonal to him too? Or only front,back,left,right? That is confusing me in this game so far trying to work out ranges of skills
The first time I heard you say his name I thought you gave him a nickname “T-Dawg”. I thought wow this guy must be really good and help you clutch many battles for you to gave him a nick name like that lol😂😂
3:38 its funny saying thats not what teadon is for, but just in that rank there is a sussy castalia (I also regret some of the ones I used lol), also faycal has a similar skill and build that people hate but I have fun using, its memes more in pvp
@@MttkRaimon Yes have an item that makes alert shoot when they are going to use a skill or something even if they don't move lol it's so funny shooting twice and then the enemy dies and does nothing, also he has the ranged counter attack to randomly kill a pvp tower or someone
Innana is versatile healer that can not only heal, but also give extra turn, still if you talking about pure healing Samantha is better. Those top in tier list, is usually because they are very versatile, not because they are best in certain niche role, when you lack in resources, you won't want to have many that have niche role, for teadon I agree he one of the best tank, he not only tanky, he can make the team tanky too, sadly he low tier in tier list which like I said they favour versatility.

I have Samantha, him, gloria, martha, rawiyath and beryl , he boosting all def, along with samantha boosting def a bit while providing lot of heal, and my Martha covering my beryl and rawiyath allow them ro survive and sweep the tankey target, and gloria making them all more resilience and powerful, he not top tier for lack of versalituy, however in niche defensive counter orientated team he top tier, it just that in pve match that you need clear within certain round fast, he wont be ideal.
Ah yes a teadon video on how to use him, yet majority of the community considering him and other units low tier. How about we stop being obsessed with tier lists and actually play with what character for playing sake Sorry if I came off harsh I’m just tired of people constantly making content about characters on the tierlist it really doesn’t impact a players experience
I completely agree, the level list is oriented towards pve and when people realize that characters like Gloria will not help you pass difficult phases like those in the tower, they will start to look at strategies and other characters. I have Guzman and not Gloria and I don't regret it, he is super versatile and resists many attacks, he also attracts enemies so that the team eliminates them one by one. So many incredible characters that don't have to be legendary and many are only interested in the pve ones
@@molturcain6053 but updated cn tierlist still put gloria on t0 and teadon on t2..they are 6month ahead..i guess they stuck in tower for 6months straight for still keeping use gloria

I know the tarot is hermit for the extra damage reduction, i assume just magic and physical def substats. Not sure about the trinket though either

this guy Is really good in the beginning when mobs are weak . he can wipe them all out , mob AI kept running into him lol

Do the attack debuffs stack? Not necessarily from him, but if I use another unit that gives ATK Down 1 - Would the boss have -30%?
If I hadn't used my selector on Inanna, he would have been my first choice. He's Union, he's hot and I can appreciate that😂
