I don't know much about chameleons and especially cham ownership. That is a big part of why I'm here! I love your channel and your animals. I look forward to learning more about these beautiful reptiles and how to raise and care for them! I think my biggest challenge would be humidity, living in the desert of West Texas! May just have to put a mister on my shopping list and I have a great mister bottle that I used for my cornsnake, but the humidity requirements greatly differ! I will have it figured out before I commit to an animal and have the enclosure first as well. That will be a leap as I'm noticing everything has increased in price about 25% or more!

No problem! He was opening his mouth at me, which is his warning that he may bite! They do that when they are very upset and stressed out. Shipping and getting a new home can be very stressful for them. Luckily he has settled down a lot and is adjusting well! 💕
I have been thinking about getting a panther chameleon to add to my collection. It gets pretty hot in my reptile room so I'm concerned it might be to hot for the chameleon. Is there something you could suggest or something you do to keep the chameleons from overheating inside your reptile room?
I name all of my critters after characters from Like anime Marvel or whatever so I get it heck I even have a bearded dragon named Delta after one of the raptors from Jurassic World

Great choice in name. He looks HUGE! How old is he at this point, and how much bigger will he get? Amazing. The colors popped, even on the video. I can only imagine how great he looks live. NARBC was great. Saturday was SUPER packed. Could barely squeeze through. Searched the entire expo for several hours looking for BRB. Couldn't find one. We started to head back to the end to do one more sweep, when my wife spotted one breeder selling them. He had 3. Got a young female. Born in either September or October. He couldn't really remember. He is going to send me the info once he gets back home. He didn't really plan on selling her, but he found just the right person to give her a good home. She is "het pearl," but that doesn't matter to me in the slightest. She was sweet. Did not even try to nip at the expo or at home. Put her in a temp. bin until she gets a bit bigger for the 4x2x2. She even ate for me last night. Feeling right at home already. Got the 4 dart frogs set up in their enclosure, and they promptly disappeared into the foliage. Went back to the expo Sunday. Was not even 25% as crowded. Sunday is definitely the day to go if you are not looking for something specific. Good luck with your new dinosaur, I mean chameleon!
