I'm pretty sure it does that. If you turn the depth and shape knob fully clockwise you should get absolute silence between the notes. (Not demonstrated in this video) ...But you should get this basicaly from ANY tremolo.
For the woodverb..is the reverb(decay) apply for all switch(reverb,mod,filter). Or reverb only function when we switch to reverb.
Is the filter setting like a harmonic tremolo with a low and high pass filter modulated simultaneously, or is it just one filter?
Any idea if this will fit in a humbucker or P90 route?

can it do the chopped off (dry kill) effect?
+Slears Hi Slears, the Varimolo will do a stutter effect but keeps the dry signal.

nope 99% of analog tremolos cant`t do it..you will allways hear the dry signal...trust me..I tried A LOT
