Exactly, i feel tempted to buy constantly every time they launch something new. So much pressure!
But then I look through my makeup drawers and realize i have many similar shades. It makes me anxious to think that they can expire before i use each one of them.

I absolutely love the light cream, it’s so perfect for under makeup and doesn’t pill. Also, if you take it out of the aluminium outer shell by twisting and unclipping it it has a plastic bottle with a flat base which you can stand up :) xx

Erin, you just sold me on this tweed 01 palette! I thought I already had plenty of eyeshadow colors that look like this, but when you put the whole look together with the eyeliners and lipstick,it looks amazing! I want to duplicate it exactly! Great demo, Erin ✨ I picked up 04 palette but I’m really loving the look you created with this Cuivre palette! Also so sad that the Ultra Le Teint Velvet is being discontinued… I’m hoping it’s just being reformulated/rebranded only to be revived again. There’s truly no other foundation like it! That is very strange with the Nars bronzer. When I swatched it on my hand next to the Chanel bronzer it doesn't look the same as your swatches. I agree it looks grayish on you. I think it looks warmer on my skin tone. Interesting. I will try mine again and see what I think. I like the Nars formula better than the Chanel. I will try the Chanel again and see. So yes, I think the Chanel color is more natural looking, but I still do like the Nars.

Wen u initially showed that tweed Chanel eyeshadow palette i thought at 1st it looked alittle bland & boring but the way it looks on the eyes is so pretty it looks golden goddess summery beach shade2 me & alao wen u look at it on the palette i thought all the colors looked so similar 2 each other,but thats not the way it translates on the eyes, its actually much more dimensional than it looks in the palette..i tryn wear BD31 in Chanel foundations bc it says the BD shades are more golden toned & the standard B is more neutral toned , but whenever u apply a Chanel foundation in B30 it looks much more yellow or golden toned like the BD31 i wear is supposed 2, i just thought i would mention that bc when i bought the sublimage serum foundation i had2 order it in B30 bc 4 some reason they dnt make that foundation in the BD31..i was wonder if u kno if Chanel wil make that foundation in more colors & add the BD31 more golden tones,bc right now Chanel only has that foundation in 12 shades i do like the B30 but i prefer the BD31, also do u think the B30 is darker than the BD31? So i was jus wondering basically if u have heard if Chanel is going 2 add colors 2 they're sublimage serum foundation & if u think the B30 is darker than the BD31 or if u think they're the same except 1 has a neutral undertone & the other has a golden undertone...the Chanel sublimage foundation in the jar comes in more shades & it also comes in the golden BD shades but the serum sublimage foundation doesn't 4some reason,also the sublimage serum foundation is exclusive only 2 Chanel whereas rhe sublimage in the jar is sold at several other retailers,which would b no big deal bc i like ordering from Chanel but i had2 w8 a really long time4 Chanel 2get the B30 shade in 4ever, normally if Chanel is out of my shade 4 a really long time i would just order somewhere else, but in this case i had2 w8 4Chanel 2 restock bc its only sold at Chanel, i already have the foundation in B40 but it seemed 2 dark so i went2 order in B30 & it was outa stock 4 quite awhile,i usually order my Chanel foundations in BD31 but rhis foundation like i said doesn't come in BD31 which is odd bc it comes in BD21 but I think that wouldn't b 2 light,so hopefully the wil add some gokden shades soon,i like this particular Chanel foundation bc its a serum ,has anti-aging skincare & is extremely hydrating bc i have very dry skin & this foundation is really comforting & soothing 4 dry skin,also the sublimage scent is very pleasant,i think Chanels foundations that are really good are probly the 2 sublimage foundations & the les beiges healthy glow hydration & long wear foundation are the ones ive bad the best experience with..

Oh no! I love the Chanel Ultra Le Teint Velvet foundation. I still have a tiny bit left of B40 for winter and B50 for summer 😩
I'm going to miss it as well! It was my go-to foundation when I worked at the Chanel counter :/ I suppose the closest thing to it would be the N.1 de Chanel or Ultra Le Teint. xx

The bronzer battle was real, I can't do those nars bronzers. They must work better on other people.
The palette screams quality you can see the depth of pigment.

Yes, exactly! It's the tweed pouch that caused the price increase but Chanel has been sneaking up the price on all of the "limited edition" pieces like the holiday lipsticks etc. so hopefully the holiday collection prices will go back to normal! xx

I used to absolutely love the velvet matte foundation but Chanel reformulated it and it was terrible. Not surprised they are discontinuing it.
I still really liked it because it's so thin and light but they have so many options now, I think they probably had to let a few of them go xx

Hi Erin. This is heartbreaking; Les Beiges tinted moisturizer is most used and most repurchased foundation (not just by Chanel, but ever). Now why would they do that again… are they planning to replace it with something similar but new? Any word on that?

My complexion is light, pretty much the same as yours, and have the same color on my lips as yours, natural color. But my lips are so much thinner than yours! When I smile, I can hardly see my lips. What is your secret to such beautiful lips?
BTW, I totally agree on the greyish tone of the bronzer. I have exactly the same problem with many products. I have to be more bold and learn from you, dare to use more warm colors, eyes, skin, lips ...
I’m a huge fan of Velcro rollers. It’s really the best way to go with curling a no-damage way, and in fact tucking the ends in the rollers with a moisturizing hold product actually treats my hair at the same time. I really think Chanel is doing a re-do on the packaging and maybe the formula of those foundations. It’s all a bit dated compared with the skincare formulas and recycled packaging, the old products are not up to what luxe is offering elsewhere.
The Velvet foundation was my number one, even the reformulated version. It’s sad that they got rid of it before having something to take it’s place. I feel like all foundations nowadays are glowy, radiant (basically glowy) 🙄. I know it is the trend, but people can achieve glowy in many ways, whereas glowy can’t be lessened ☹️
They have a concealer besides the color correctors. It comes in 16 shades.
The correcteur is what I normally use, it’s that or the Boy de Chanel stick concealer which wouldn’t be ideal under eyes. They really need a skincare option! Xx
@@ErinNicoleTV That would be nice. The one I mentioned that comes in the regular foundation shades is just a long wear concealer with no skin benefits.
