I love the old Losi buggies and trucks but they are just too much of a pain to find parts for! They need to get their head out of their rears and remake some of them. It is cool you are able tot get one together for the races and good luck with it! I know no matter what you are going to have a great time!!
Awesome build. Great to see a vintage buggy come together from a pile of spare parts. Should be great round the track and even better in the flesh. Had this on whilst doing a bit of painting 😉.

Losi really smashed it with the xx and xx4, they still seem to be the car to beat in the vintage races, will be a few running this weekend at revival. And its a safe bet that there up there in the top spots 👍
Another amazing video, Losi's are my favorite vintage buggies by a long way. I'm lucky enough to have most of them NIB and as rollers. The XX4 Worlds did come out in 1999. looking forward to seeing you run this car.
Superb restoration and preparation. Invaluable information on when I'll restore my XX4 (WE); kinda reluctant as imperial mesure are a PITA for a metric guy 😂 Was already difficult to work on a B44 🥴 Anyway, can't wait to see your car on the track 🤩🤝

Hey Keith, does your dog like to chase your RC cars ? When the predator-instincts kick in, some dogs chase my RC cars like crazy...The dogs and I have a lot of fun that way sometimes 😁
You can drill the collars through and fit longer bolt and nut to tighten, i ran these back in the day, dont hit anything, the graphite breaks very easy, so glad the new stuff is easier to work on LOL.
