Because some people in our life it might be our friends , colleagues , people we meet them everyday , etc. these people influence us in such a way that we can't get out of it quickly and they keep moving in our mind or in our brain whole day and due to this we can't focus on our work. This is not in way of GF BF relationship😅😅😅 its in a general way that people's in college, office or other places. I think this problem is face by many people.
