    Karachi Paratha Roll
    Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
    Chicken boneless cubes 1 kg
    Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Ingredients for Garlic Mayo Sauce:
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Cream 2 tbsp
    Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Ingredients for Vinaigrette Veggies:
    Onion (sliced) 1 cup
    Tomato (julienne) 1 cup
    Cucumber (julienne) 1 cup
    Vinegar 1 cup
    Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
    Oil 1/4 cup
    Marinated chicken
    Ingredients for Assembling:
    Paratha as required
    Prepared garlic mayo sauce
    Vinaigrette veggies
    Prepared chicken
    Directions for Chicken Marination:
    1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, soy sauce, red chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix it well. Set aside.
    Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
    2. In a bowl add mayo, cream, garlic, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well.
    Directions for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
    3. In a bowl add cucumber, onion, tomato and vinegar. Soak them for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
    Directions for Chicken Preparation:
    4. In a bowl add pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
    Directions for Assembling:
    5. Take the paratha and spread mayo garlic sauce on it. Add prepared chicken, Vinaigrette veggies and wrap the paratha.
    6. Your Karachi Paratha Roll is ready. Serve and enjoy.
