1965 Chrysler 300 yard find rescue and revival! Will it run after 17 years in the California desert?

In this video, ‪@Carchaeology‬ got me hooked up with this beautiful 1965 Chrysler 300 which my kids affectionately dubbed “Vanellape”. This car sat in the back-40 of a man’s property since 2005 after having some transmission issues.
How bad is it? Will she run?
