Awesome Template and Vidoe. I just was missing one little thing (as a Newbie). when I have printed and cut out the pattenr. Do I have to cut each part twice in foam or only the side parts of the lower and upper faceplate?
Great build! I haven't played the game, so if you hadn't mentioned where its origins were from, i surely would have thought it a legit medieval helmet. And a question for you: Are you into Warhammer 40k stuff? A build of a Space Marine helmet would be cool 👍

Hey, I was hoping to print an NCR ranger helmet, and although I don't use foam, I believe you said that you had originally modeled it in blender. Would you by chance, be willing to share the original 3d files? Thank you.
I'm sooo bad on cutting any angles, I use tip SKS Props gave, that it's just possible to sand down to the right angle. does it take more time? yes, but my builds became much cleaner
