What about a high AMH? Mine is 8.17. Is this a sign of disease? I’m 36 with 10+ follicles in each ovary. No obvious signs of PCOS.

@Connie H I tried prp, but it didn't work for me. Nothing changed 🙃 . Stem cells treatment is also unsuccessful. Simple vitex extract is more powerful.

My Amh level is very high 24 , my age is 39 years and my right ovary is less in size and very minimal antra follicles are seen in scan, and with ovulation induction also ovulation did not happen for one cycle, doctor was suggesting that even ivf may not work ..please suggest

So influencing thank you so much sir, i was so frustrated about my amh test 0.02 came out last month. I was wishing to have a baby and im 44 yrs old.. My doctor said its impossible for me to have a baby on my own, im having vitamin D deficiency and i was in lots of stress.. My ovaries looked normal on ultrasound.. I hope i could have a baby if i take perfect medications..

Do you think spironolactone causes a decreased AMH and a poor responder outcome to egg retrieval? I’m 35, healthy, tested .9 AMH (while on spironolactone), FSH 7.6, had only 5-6 follicles during stimulation and doctor retrieved 2 eggs. I am devastated and shocked. Do you think spironolactone has caused this poor outcome? Thanks!
