Where did you read he was released? He was removed from the nxt roster. I can’t find anything saying he’s been released. Usually that means he’s being prepped to join the main roster.

I hope he either becomes a UFC fighter . He already has great wrestling , with Striking and jiujitsu training for a few years I could see him becoming a great fighter . Either that or he should go back to being an Olympic/World team wrestler .
The problem is that he wants to jump straight into the UFC. That won’t happen. Even Bo Nickal took a few fights before going on DWCS. Gable just wants to be signed at 0-0. He is a bit delusional.

They were probably dissatisfied with his mic skills. He has the ability to hang in the ring from a match standpoint, but fans weren't resonating with his persona.

I don't think he's been released, they removed him from the NXT roster. This could easily be a draft story line to the major shows and would explain why he's pulled out of the tournaments.
A disastrous 1 time debut doesn't typically lead to a sudden call up

He was not released. If you put oh his name he was taken off the NXT roster. He is being called up to the main roster. He is still on the website and is still under contract. WWE has not released a statement saying that the let him go.

Long lasting injuries throughout their career. Alot them on pain pills in order to perform the same moves that causes the injury to begin with thus making it into a longterm injury.The workload and consistency is second to none.

There's no statement about his release which would be the norm, his name was simply removed from the developmental roster. My guess is that either he will be trying to qualify for the Olympics or WWE is just removing him from TV and training at the performance center with a few house show matches, this second scenario is something we've seen in the past. If NXT is their AAA than the performance center and occasional house show is their AA, they do this when a new prospect is brought on television but they realize either they don't have any long term plans for them or something isn't exactly clicking. Going back to the performance center is often preferable in those situations as they have more time to develop without hurting their on screen character in the eyes of fans

A dark match isnt done at house shows. The dark match is to make sure cameras & everyrhing else is working fine before they go live with Raw or a ppv

It would not surprise me if CM Punk does show up in WWE. But I don't know why he would want to do that. He is in his mid-40s and is a multi-millionaire, and he is still healthy without any really bad injuries. Why push it? If I were in those shoes I would go live my life doing whatever I felt like doing, far far away from a ring.

Kurt Angle said he'd have joined the UFC if it was what it is today, but he didn't have anywhere else to go... maybe Gable just can't live with himself knowing he left all that glory on the table.
In all fairness to Lord Uncle Chael, we don't know the exact circumstances of his release from WWE... I wouldn't be surprised if he asked for his release or they came to some kind of agreement together. Maybe it was becoming obvious after all this time training and occasionally wrestling etc. that things just weren't working out like they hoped. They wanted to market him as this huge babyface but those old sexual assault allegations are still haunting him it seems.

Is he a legit 265lber? Like ive not watched WWE n live in europe so im not sure. Just trying to figure out where he 'Kevin Lee's into MMA. As a heavyweight with his credentials, id pick Bellator, he gets a few favourable matchups to give him time to round out his fight game, then id let him fight for the title as Bader is a smaller heavyweight, fight through his contract and get picked up by UFC as a legit star or go back to WWE with "mma champion" to add to his credentials. At 23 years old hes got time for anything.
